Long, lean muscles, a sculpted back, firm arms, a lifted seat are the benefits of BarSculpt. Continue reading “How Does BarSculpt Tone and Sculpt?” »

BarSculpt has Made Me Feel Years Younger0

“The best thing I have done for myself in 25 years is join Body in Motion in Wellesley.  Despite being one of the oldest regular participants in Barsculpt, I have worked to a point where I can pretty much keep up with most of the other class members, even a young girl two years older than my granddaughter.
I am stronger, leaner and hold myself in a whole new way…… and feel years younger!  Maybe Mary should add a grandmother’s class, as well as her student groups!!!!!” — Mary Fader
